Feminist readings by focusing on Quranic verses indicating concepts related to the category of gender, have proven gender equality between men and women. In this regard, the concept of men's superiority over women has become one of the challenging contemporary issues. In the present article, the origin of the idea of gender justice in the family is investigated with the descriptive-analytical method through the most important feminist readings in the light of Mohammad Hossein Fazlullah's interpretive perspective. The findings indicate that the feminist readings and Muhammad Hossein Fazlullah's readings both emphasize the necessity of a holistic view of the Qur'anic verses and considering the Qur'anic ethics and worldview in the process of interpreting the verses, but the historicism of the text emphasizes the extraction of specific goals. Like family justice, from the point of view of feminist readings, it has caused distance from interpretative and inferential criteria and has provided a wide relativistic gap. On the other hand, while redefining the hierarchy in the family, Muhammad Hossein Fazlullah considers the purpose of the man's Qawamit to be the implementation of order to the multiple functions of the family in the Qur'anic view, at the same time, he considers any self-opinion in the implementation of Qawamit inconsistent with the true example of Qawamit in the family.
